Player Image & Media Release Policy

By participating in Assassins Fastpitch, players and parents/guardians acknowledge that the organization may photograph, record, and use player images, videos, names, and team-related content for promotional and organizational purposes.

This permission includes the use of images and videos in:

• Organization website

• Social media platforms

• Advertising and marketing materials

• Sponsor recognition and promotional materials

• Team announcements

• Recruiting and player showcase materials

• Printed materials, banners, flyers, and other promotional items

The organization will use player images in a positive and respectful manner to promote the team, players, sponsors, and the overall mission of the organization.

Parents/guardians understand that images or videos shared publicly may be viewed, shared, or distributed by others and that the organization cannot control unauthorized use by third parties.
