Attendance Commitment
Our organization is committed to providing every player with a positive and competitive team experience. We ask that families understand the importance of attendance, communication, and commitment.
Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and tournaments unless prior arrangements have been made with the coaching staff.
Tournament & Game Attendance Policy
If a player is unable to attend a scheduled game or tournament, a parent or guardian must notify the coaching staff at least three (3) days in advance, except in the case of an emergency or illness.
Because tournament rosters are finalized in advance and tournament entry fees are paid regardless of attendance, withdrawing a player with less than three (3) days' notice may place the team in a position where it must play shorthanded or possibly forfeit games.
If a player does not attend a scheduled game or tournament without providing at least three (3) days' prior notice (excluding emergencies or illness at the discretion of the organization), the parent/guardian agrees to reimburse the organization 10% toward the tournament entry and gate fee for that event. (For example, if a tournament entry fee is $700, the parent/guardian reimbursement amount would be $70.)
Pulling a player immediately before a game or tournament impacts the entire team, including coaches and teammates who have committed their time and resources. The organization appreciates families understanding that attendance and communication are critical to maintaining a competitive and successful program.
The organization reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
